REYBO (Shandong) Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is located at No. 1 Fangbei Street, Fangcheng Street, Fangzi District, Weifang City. The company covers an area of more than 30 mu and has four production workshops: Electrical Workshop 1, Electrical Workshop 2, General Assembly Workshop, and Sheet Metal Welding Workshop. The company produces and operates two major series of products: agricultural machinery products, including complete machines and agricultural implements. Complete machine products mainly include tractors, power-driven harrows, compound precision planters, and corn silage headers. The company has nearly a hundred distribution networks in more than a dozen provinces such as Northeast, Northwest, and Central China; the second is the electronic and electrical business, mainly supporting services for consumer electronics, distribution cabinets for agricultural machinery products, and vehicle wiring harnesses. The company's main customers include Goertek Inc., Deutz-Fahr Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Jiufang Taihe International Heavy Industry, Weifang Luzhong Tractor, etc.
The company's main products have passed national appraisal and hold multiple patents. In terms of quality management, it has passed ISO9001:2000 international quality system certification. HISTORY
Development
01-Establishment stage
2015
Weifang Merit Mechanical Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of the company) was established, focusing on the whole vehicle wiring harness business of agricultural machinery products, and supplying wiring harnesses to several large domestic agricultural machinery manufacturers.
2017
Became a qualified supplier of Goertek Inc., entering the consumer electronics business.
2018
Entered the silage harvester business, achieving a breakthrough in the company's agricultural machinery products.
02-Growth and breakthrough
2021
Entered the power-driven harrow business, enriching the product portfolio.
2022
Entered the planter business, forming a business combination of various agricultural machinery products such as silage harvesters, power-driven harrows, and planters, and established Reybo Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in a timely manner, established a new organizational structure, built a nearly 100 terminal sales network, and realized the full value chain business operation including R&D and sales of series agricultural machinery products.
2022
Obtained ISO9001 quality system certification, significantly enhancing product quality assurance capabilities.
03-Large-scale development
2023
A new factory covering more than 20,000 square meters with four modern production workshops was put into use, significantly improving product creation and commodity manufacturing capabilities.
04-Transformation and upgrading
2023
At the 2023 Wuhan International Agricultural Machinery Exhibition, a strategic agreement was reached with Italy's Sime Company to jointly create high-end agricultural machinery products and enter the ranks of high-end brands.
2024
R&D entered the tractor business, TE, TB, and high-horsepower TS products were simultaneously developed and launched into the market, realizing the combined operation of two series of products: complete machines and agricultural machinery.
